Robert joined my regional team soon after he joined PwC Slovak office. Although everything (both locally and regionally) was new to him, he was so eager to learn, that his improvement in all fields was amazing. He wanted to participate in any areas offered, and worked on them until perfection. His Google related knowledge level none of us could achieve, although we all started from the same level. Robert was great at Knowledge Management, collecting all the important information about a topic and writing perfect summaries with all the needed details. In customer service he was appreciated by our users as always kind, polite and eager to help. Even with foreign users, where it was more difficult to converse in English not a mother tongue of either, he always made people to trust him and share their pain or questions. Soon he became one of the top agents in the regional team, participating in projects like introducing ServiceNow in PwC CEE, or creating a new Service Catalog for our users. He gave training for users and for his team mates about Google and other topics as well. He is a team player with a strong conscience of the team's well being, but able to work on independent assignments given the opportunity. As he is young, talented and hard working he will be successful in any area he will continue with.
